INITIAL DESIGN

We start with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and vision. You’ll meet with our design team to walk through ideas, review the space, and explore how we can bring it to life. We put together concept layouts and early design direction so you can see the possibilities before any commitments.

Key Points

  • Discovery call & site visit
  • Concept layouts and rough pricing
  • Design agreement with clear fee + schedule

FULL DESIGN

Once we’ve aligned on direction, our team develops detailed plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and complete finish selections. You’ll review options for cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, and lighting — always within the allowance ranges we agreed to.

Key Points

  • Detailed plans & 3D renderings
  • Finish + fixture selections within budget
  • Final scope + firm construction number

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Before a single wall is moved, we line up permits, order long-lead materials, and walk the job site with your future project manager and lead trades. This handoff prevents surprises once construction starts and keeps the schedule tight from day one.

Key Points

  • Permit-ready drawings
  • Subcontractor + trade walk-throughs
  • Material ordering + staging plan

CONSTRUCTION

Our in-house crews and trusted subcontractors hit the site. Your project manager runs weekly on-site check-ins, tracks every trade, and is your single point of contact so you always know what’s happening next. The design team stays involved for on-site decisions.

Key Points

  • Dedicated project manager on-site
  • Weekly check-ins + transparent schedule
  • Design team on-call for detail decisions

PROJECT COMPLETION

Once punch-list is clear, we walk the home with you, hand off warranty paperwork, and make sure every detail feels finished. You move in — we stay on call for the one-year warranty period and beyond.

Key Points

  • Final walkthrough + punch-list
  • 1-year trade warranty
  • Ongoing support after move-in
